Welcome to Corvii. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corvii website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Corvii ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the terms of our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Solo Plan: $25/month (Limited to 1 registered user).
Team Plan: $35/month (Unlimited users within a single entity).
Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance and apply to the next billing cycle.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Billing: Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You will be charged on the day the Paid Subscription period renews.
Taxes: Paddle will charge your chosen payment method for any paid Transactions, including any applicable taxes (VAT/GST) according to your tax jurisdiction.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent the next scheduled renewal, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period through your account or by contacting Paddle.
Refund Window: If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the initial Transaction.
Exception to Refund Right: Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of Digital Content once the download, stream, or access has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Refund Processing: Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Corvii and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
Ownership:You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data").
License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, also processes your data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvii and Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We strive for consistent uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance that results in temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
